  • Which customer segments will be served and by which services?
  • Who finances which service?

About us

Bridge The Gap

Bridge The Gap helps companies to build bridges and to close gaps. With expertise and coaching we help you in the realisation of your developments. Bridge The Gap leans on the comprehensive management experience of Bernard Michel Guillelmon and the wide-ranging organisational talent of Jane Karin Guillelmon.

Bernard Michel Guillelmon

I find complex systems in the interaction between people, technology and society exciting. For over 20 years, I helped shape and develop the Swiss public transportation sector with motivated staff. In the electricity sector, I added value in the management of change processes. An MBA abroad has broadened my horizon, as well as extensive travel with my family. My language knowledge (D/F/E/I) bridge communication challenges. I find other cultures and the observation of nature enriching. All these experiences in addition to my regular training give me the basis to support you in a targeted way.

Jane Karin Guillelmon

I am interested in the talents, feelings and stories of people; this is the reason why I was dedicated in my role as HR-manager. My creative and practical side has been of great use in diverse renovation projects in the last years, in which my passion was interior decoration as well as the design of our surroundings. My organisational talent is appreciated for the planning of trips, cultural occasions and for the coordination of the agendas of our very active family.
